**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance to customers in terms of how the integration of the mobile SDK needs to be carried out such as documenting the right sequence of APIs, with right parameters for customers to refer to.
- Work closely with pre-sales engineers in technically assisting potential customers to be able to complete integration with their mobile apps successfully
- Actively work with technical writing team in order to produce well documented steps for achieving successful integration on a specific mobile app development platform
- Be responsible to maintain multiple code repositories for various mobile SDK wrappers and be able to make changes to it actively as the base product evolves over time
- Work with customer success and support team to be able to gather feedback on integration outcomes and be able translate it back to product team engineers so that product can be kept compatible with regards to customer needs
- Work with DevOps to actively maintain multiple QA testing DevOps pipelines producing apps built with various frameworks using the same SDK in an automated way
- As part of your work, actively work with various engineering squads to debug errors be it on API calling (server team), crypto usage (crypto team) or core platform team, etc.
