• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on software development projects.
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development concepts, programming languages, and system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, principles, and practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
