1. Mass recruitment:
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process (from job posting, sourcing & screening, interview & selection, to on-boarding), expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that fulfill talent needs at stores and pick-up points
- Assist HRBP Manager to forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs
- Enrich the talent pool by building relationships with potential recruiting channels and employer branding programs
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with regulations, offer preparation, on-boarding procedure, e-learning program.
- Work with recruitment partners for contracts, services, payments.
- Assist HRBP Manager in recruitment planning & reports for following year based on company strategy.
2. Office administration and company events:
- Support Heads of Departments to create purchase requests on the system and follow up the payment process in compliance with Company policies and Law
- Work closely with Procurement Team of CRV Group or other BUs to source new vendors at best cost & terms that are in the organization’s best interest
- Follow-up daily issue related to Logistics operation and solve all issues with suppliers, handle problems including identifying solutions and implementing timely & effectively
- Verify documentation (check invoices, contracts, other supporting documents), organize accounting task to ensure the company’s accounting activities according to law and regulations, and make sure payments and contracts are made properly
- Perform general administrative duties including office equipment maintenance, furniture & fittings, stationeries, air tickets and hotel accommodation and travel, etc.
- Coordinate company events and activities such as trainings, workshops, health check-up, year-end party, company trip, etc. to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance teamwork spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve target

1. Qualifications & Experience:
- College/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ English or other related majors
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from headhunting companies or big-sized multinational corporations
2. Knowledge & Skills:
- Relevant knowledge of HR-Admin management, recruitment, Labor Code and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) are required
- Strong/ effective interpersonal and communication skill including negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and flexible environment
