Job Description
**I. General Summary**
The TSA Manager will be the first point of contact for the Buyer throughout the TSA period. He / She will be the Buyer Interface for any issues / incidents that occur during the TSA, participate in and lead relevant governance committees to ensure appropriate governance, manage any variations and disputes to the TSA, manage third party vendors, coordinate billing for the services provided, manage entitlements and accesses, and partner closely with the Operations & Technology Head to deliver the activities across the TSA period.

- point of contact between the parties in relation to issues arising out of the performance of TSA services
- be the people leader of TSA Administration functions
- production of monthly TSA service reports and participate in governance committees
- have excellent communications in order to negotiate internally, and with the Buyer often at a senior level
- manage and maintain strong records and governance
**II. Job Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the administration of TSA activities to fulfill the obligations agreed under the TSA
- Partners with senior stakeholders and organizations / functions to support divestiture activities
- Maintains the point of contact and interfaces with the Buyer to address any escalations / issues arising out of the performance of TSA services
- Consolidate and present monthly TSA Service reports and highlight any risks and issues that have been identified by the Buyer and / or Third Parties to all stakeholders
- Provide key guidance on vendor management, third-party relationship management and ensuring effective risk management practices are in place for third-party relationships
- Understands the P2P process, GOC’s, Purchase Orders, GL’s, under the TSA and provides support to the regional FRSS Group and Global TSA Billing team for Invoicing and Billing processes, including passthrough invoices
- Manages the resolution of any Billing and Invoicing disputes, and any variation or changes required in the TSA through active communication with the Buyer and related stakeholders
- Provide governance and coordination across all workstreams to ensure that business migration tasks are executed, and critical milestones are met according to the project plans
- Manages the entitlements query log and accountable for resolution, closure of all Buyer’s entitlement queries and escalations
- Owns the Buyer and Third-Party supplier Gold Copy Entitlement lists and coordinates with the regional entitlements lead to obtain approval for any additional inclusions
**III. Qualifications**:
**Functional Knowledge** Education Level: Bachelor's/University Degree in Business Management. Master’s degree preferred. Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a related role
- 3+ years of experience in successfully managing complex divestiture projects in global organizations
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management. Fluent English. Local language requirements as applicable.
- Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
- Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Ability to operate in a multi-national environment with different time zones, languages, and cultures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing TSA a plus
- Third Party Management knowledge a plus
**Business Expertise**:Demonstrate high-level understanding of constituent units under Consumer Banking Business e.g. understanding of credit loans, deposits (CASA), credit cards, secured/unsecured lending **Leadership**:Management responsibility for multiple teams **Problem solving**:Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations **Area of impact**:Impact on multiple units/departments **Interpersonal skill**:Developed communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence
