Tập trung vào định hướng của Vietart về nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ thông qua việc đào tạo và hỗ trợ người khác đào tạo nhằm mang đến dịch vụ xuất sắc cho khách hàng.
Lập kế hoạch và giám sát ngân sách đào tạo của công ty.
Hỗ trợ Nhân sự trong việc xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì các tài liệu truyền thông nội bộ cho nhân viên như: Sổ tay Nhân viên, Lịch hoạt động Nhân sự hàng tháng, và Bảng thông báo nhân viên.
Đảm bảo tất cả các quy định nội bộ được truyền đạt đầy đủ và thực thi hiệu quả.
Truyền đạt hiệu quả các giá trị cốt lõi và chuẩn mực hành vi tới tất cả cấp bậc nhân viên; đồng thời tư vấn và định hướng nghề nghiệp cho nhân viên.
Hỗ trợ tổ chức các hoạt động xã hội liên bộ phận và các buổi trao giải thưởng cho nhân viên.
Đảm bảo toàn bộ nhân viên luôn được cập nhật kiến thức về sản phẩm, chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách mới và thông tin nội bộ liên quan.
Truyền thông về nhu cầu và tầm quan trọng của các chương trình đào tạo, thể hiện rõ giá trị và tác động của đào tạo đối với kết quả kinh doanh.

We are looking for a Training Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning & development initiatives across the company. This role will play a critical part in building employee capabilities, supporting career growth, and ensuring alignment between training programs and business priorities.
Training Plan & Execution
- Understand the company's training and development direction and translate it into actionable plans.
- Partner with leadership and managers to identify current and future skill needs.
- Standardize and deliver training initiatives on Product Knowledge, Core Skills, and Orientation.
- Design and manage a meaningful Internship Program with measurable ROI.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training meets business priorities.
- Provide guidance and coordination across People Culture team members involved in T&D-related tasks.
Talent Development Projects
- Support and/or take a leading role in projects such as HiPo Program, Career Ladder, KPI & Performance Review.

Other Tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
III. What you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in Training & Development or HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial/training leadership role.
- Proven track record in building training frameworks, performance systems, and career development programs.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
