3/ What You'll Do

  • Lead workstreams and junior analysts
    to deliver end‑to‑end research—from desk research to deep‑dive analysis—on time and with high quality.
  • Guide project teams
    in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, updating, and visualizing macro and/or sector databases to support research and advisory engagements.
  • Author key sections
    of project deliverables and reports.
  • Conduct expert and practitioner interviews
    to elicit insights for research and consulting projects.
  • Develop proposals and project materials
    including industry surveys, press releases, and other marketing collateral as assigned by the Manager.
  • Support FiinResearch Managers
    in executing the unit's business plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships
    with domestic and international clients, local authorities, and industry experts.
  • Travel as required
    to other provinces/cities for project needs.
  • Perform other tasks
    assigned by FiinResearch Management.

4/ What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Professional qualifications such as
    CFA, ACCA, CPA
    are a plus.
  • At least 2 years' experience
    in market research and/or advisory at an international professional services firm or a large corporation.
  • Solid understanding of
    business models, operations, and financial statements
    of corporates and financial institutions (banks, finance companies, insurers, investment firms, etc.).
  • Strong
    analytical thinking, data analysis

You will work closely with senior analysts to support various projects, contributing to insightful reports that guide business strategies for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the collection and cleaning of data from various sources, including surveys, online databases, and public records.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Help in the preparation of datasets for analysis using statistical software.
  • Conduct basic statistical analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Generate charts, graphs, and tables to visualize data trends and findings.
  • Contribute to the writing of clear and concise analytical reports.
  • Support the team in ad-hoc data requests and research tasks.
  • Learn and utilize industry-standard market research tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain organized and well-documented data files and project records.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charting).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Understanding of market research principles is advantageous.
