• The Architectural Designer will work under the direction of Architectural Design Manager.
• He/she will play a role as a Project architect in leading and running assigned projects in Vietnam and abroad.
• Produce/draw technical and detailed design drawings for project in Korea or abroad after Concept design team finish concept design.
• Assist/Guide/coordinate with Korean design team to develop design ideas/design solutions to comply with Vietnam building codes
• Assist Design Manager to manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
• Make 3D perspective and Revit model, Rendering, Video clip and various presentation report
• Other duties/jobs assigned or requested by the superiors

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of Design Department.
• Assist the Manager in checking on drawings and regulation on projects in Vietnam.
• Assist to revise the drawing in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or other software, if any.
• Liaise with the appointed design consultants; be involved in all stages of projects such as concept design, design development, detail design.
• Take instruction from the Manager for various tasks for project management.
• Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
• Checking design document before transferring to others department. Contents of checking should be included, but are not limited to:

(1)  Appropriateness to project requirements.

(2)  Compliance with legal regulations, design codes.

(3)  Effectiveness (balance between cost and quality).

(4)  Construction ability.

(5)  Check risks caused by design (if any).

* Supporting other department in design work, both technically and legally (if any).

• To make a guideline for an improvement of Project Management.

Requirements:

Educational background

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Experiences

Preferably at least four- seven (4~7) years working experience in high-rise building design or relevant position.

Skills required

Proficiency in using Auto CAD, photoshop, SketchUp software Revit and Microsoft Office presentation.

Good communication, presentation in both Vietnamese and English.

Good understanding of Vietnamese building regulations.
