Responsibilities:
- Work as part of Design Department.
- Assist the Manager in checking on drawings and regulation on projects in Vietnam.
- Assist to revise the drawing in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or other software, if any.
- Liaise with the appointed design consultants; be involved in all stages of projects such as concept design, design development, detail design.
- Take instruction from the Manager for various tasks for project management.
- Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
- Checking design document before transferring to others department. Contents of checking should be included, but are not limited to:
(1) Appropriateness to project requirements.
(2) Compliance with legal regulations, design codes.
(3) Effectiveness (balance between cost and quality).
(4) Construction ability.
(5) Check risks caused by design (if any).
- Supporting other department in design work, both technically and legally (if any).
- Supporting material & cost management.
- To make a guideline for an improvement of Project Management.
- To prepare 'legal regulation study& make a report updated regularly.

Requirements:

- He/she will play a role as a Project architect in leading and running assigned projects in Vietnam and abroad.
