Mô tả công việc:
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Chuyên viên Quản trị dữ liệu tận tâm và chi tiết để gia nhập đội ngũ. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, xây dựng và quản trị hạ tầng dữ liệu nhằm đảm bảo dữ liệu luôn chính xác, an toàn, sẵn sàng cho các hệ thống phân tích và khoa học dữ liệu. Vị trí này đóng vai trò cầu nối quan trọng giữa nguồn dữ liệu thô và các ứng dụng AI/ML, giúp tổ chức khai thác giá trị dữ liệu hiệu quả.
Nhiệm vụ chính:
• Thu thập và tích hợp dữ liệu: Thiết kế, xây dựng và quản lý các pipeline dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau (cơ sở dữ liệu, log hệ thống, API, dữ liệu streaming…).
• Làm sạch và chuẩn hóa dữ liệu: Thực hiện xử lý dữ liệu, loại bỏ nhiễu, chuẩn hóa định dạng và đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu.
• Xây dựng hạ tầng dữ liệu: Phát triển, vận hành và tối ưu các hệ thống lưu trữ dữ liệu lớn (Data Lake, Data Warehouse) đáp ứng nhu cầu phân tích.
• Quản lý truy cập và bảo mật dữ liệu: Đảm bảo dữ liệu được bảo vệ, phân quyền hợp lý và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật cũng như quy định pháp lý.
• Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất: Theo dõi, giám sát và cải thiện hiệu suất pipeline, hệ thống ETL/ELT, hạ tầng dữ liệu.
• Hợp tác đa phòng ban: Làm việc chặt chẽ với Kỹ sư Khoa học dữ liệu và các nhóm sản phẩm để đảm bảo dữ liệu phục vụ tốt cho huấn luyện mô hình, phân tích và báo cáo.
• Báo cáo và tài liệu hóa: Cung cấp tài liệu kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn sử dụng dữ liệu, và báo cáo tình trạng hệ thống cho các bên liên quan.
Yêu cầu:
1. Yêu cầu chung
MUST HAVE (BẮT BUỘC)
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin, Khoa học máy tính hoặc ngành liên quan.
• Tiếng anh: TOEIC 650.
• Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư dữ liệu / Quản trị dữ liệu.
• Thành thạo SQL, nắm vững các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) và NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và quản lý pipeline ETL/ELT (Airflow, NiFi, dbt…).
• Sử dụng tốt ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình phục vụ xử lý dữ liệu (Python, Java, Scala).
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống dữ liệu lớn (Hadoop, Spark).
• Kiến thức về bảo mật dữ liệu, quản trị quyền truy cập và tuân thủ.
• Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề, giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.

The Data Governance Team is directly responsible for improving the data maturity of the organisation through the delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality services at an enterprise level. The value that data can create for RightShip and our customers can only be achieved through a strong data foundation and mature organisational capabilities in managing, processing and utilising this data.
Reporting to the Data Governance Lead, the Data Governance Advisor will play a significant role in supporting RightShip in leveraging data as an asset to ensure data can be used to inform key decisions and deliver valuable outcomes to customers and the wider ecosystem in general.
You will drive the adoption and success of data governance across the organization by advocating for its importance, implementing frameworks, policies, and procedures, and engaging with stakeholders to monitor and track key governance KPIs.

DATA GOVERNANCE
- Provide subject matter expertise in data management and governance
- Own the implementation of data governance tool and support the creation and maintenance of a centralized data catalog to improve data discovery, accessibility, and understanding across the organization.
