OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Surveillance Officer is responsible for monitoring live and recorded footage from surveillance systems to ensure security, regulatory compliance, and the protection of company assets. This role involves detecting suspicious activities, reporting security breaches, and supporting investigations. The Surveillance Officer plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and fair environment for guests and employees by closely observing all gaming and non-gaming activities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Monitor live surveillance footage across all gaming and non-gaming areas to detect any irregular or suspicious activities.
Identify and report any violations of gaming regulations, security breaches, or unusual behavior to the Surveillance Senior Officer.
Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming laws, and security protocols.
Assist in reviewing recorded surveillance footage to support investigations into disputes, rule violations, or criminal activities.
Maintain proper documentation of surveillance findings, including incident reports and daily activity logs.
Work closely with security personnel to provide real-time intelligence on potential threats.
Operate and troubleshoot surveillance equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.
Respond to emergency situations, such as unauthorized access, theft, fraud, or altercations.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance operations, findings, and company policies.
Stay updated on new surveillance techniques, gaming compliance regulations, and security trends.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Surveillance Monitoring & Compliance
Continuously observe gaming tables, cash handling areas, and entry/exit points to detect irregularities.
Identify rule violations and ensure adherence to security and gaming regulations.
Incident Identification & Reporting
Detect and report suspicious behavior, fraud, or security threats in a timely manner.
Provide detailed reports of surveillance findings to support investigations.
Coordination with Security & Operations Teams
Work closely with the Surveillance Senior Officer and security personnel to prevent and resolve security issues.
Provide real-time updates to security teams during incidents.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Operate and monitor surveillance systems, ensuring optimal coverage and functionality.
Report any technical issues or system malfunctions to the Surveillance Supervisor.
Emergency Response & Risk Mitigation
React quickly to security alerts and assist in responding to emergency situations.
Contribute to risk assessments by identifying potential security vulnerabilities.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Receiving Officer is responsible for ensuring that all goods delivered to the company are accurately received, inspected, and recorded in the system. This role involves verifying the quality and quantity of incoming materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and maintaining proper documentation. OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- Manage the operation of Transportation Management (TM) surface and Distribution Net Work (DNM) in Vietnam.
- Manage Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance to ensure all operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Manage physical inventories and control inventory movements to enhance transparency and accountability.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
TM surface and DNM operation management
- Be responsible for the operation of transportation management surface (domestic delivery) and distribution network in entire Vietnam.
- Ensure Transportation and Distribution Safety (TDS) performance in compliance with TDS standard.
- Manage non-conformance from internal/external customer.
Inventory Management
- Coordinate with LSP to monitor the movement transaction in SAP.
- Coordinate with LSP and Supply chain colleagues to minimize the discrepancy between SAP report and physical stock, close the discrepancy (if any).
- Keep close contact with LSP, BU Supply chain to ensure goods delivered correctly and in full quantity following FIFO rule.

- Coordinate with BUs for verifying, minimizing, closing slow moving aging-stock.
- Ensure all warehousing activities to be well aligned with EHS requirements.
LSP Management
