About The Team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, checklists, and test suites based on product requirements and test plans.
• Work closely with development teams, project manager, and other QA teammates to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Create test plans, execute test cases, documents and track all issues in a well-timed and thorough manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Analyze test results, summarize findings, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement ad-hoc testing, as well as find and specify bugs across mobile & web.
• Design testing strategies in collaboration with the development team and other
• QA teammates.
• Be responsible for designing automation testing framework and improve end-to-end automated test coverage.
• Ability to oversee QA/QC groups participating in agile projects.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of QA standards, processes, and workflows, and provide input into test strategies.
• Ensure that the product is of high quality on both mobile and web platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to identify and track defects through resolution.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing (leadership experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive UI testing.
• Skilled in API testing (SOAP/ RESTful) and root cause analysis.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and a passion for bug-free code and product experiences.
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical, detail-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
• English communication skills will be required to work with regional technology teams and stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

As a QA Engineer, you will work within a Scrum team, contributing to the testing processes across acceptance, deployment, and performance testing.

• Your role will involve building and troubleshooting selected functional and nonfunctional requirements for software applications and services while ensuring that Agile and Scrum principles are followed.

• Bringing a Quality Assurance perspective to requirements, you will ensure that both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria are met, paying particular attention to edge cases, performance, and basic security aspects. REQUIREMENTS

• Have a strong background in software testing, supported by a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Use hardware-in-loop methods to fake input signals (GPS, sensors, workout, etc.) for automation testing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in QA automation for embedded/Android systems.
• Strong in Python, Robot Framework, and scripting.

Job Description

• Based on the working area assignment at QA, the engineer will follow the KPI to work and to meet Product quality requirements.
• Manage the quality of material to feedback to SQE team or direct to Supplier for material issue solving during Mass Production process.
• Fully understand manufacturing process, control methods, measurement and quality system for developing product FMEA/CP for each SMT/WS/Box build level.
• Manage the quality of new product transferred and developed on site. Drive the quality improvement and performance of quality systems, including management of change and notification protocols, root cause investigation, documentation and reporting and non-conforming reviewing.
• Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuously improvements. Facilitate Root Cause Investigations (RCI) related to process & materials which impact on final product performance and develop mitigation strategies to prevent excursions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering.
• 3+ years combined experience in Engineering, Quality or Continuous Improvement Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated experience with risk tools such as FMEA's and understanding of statistical techniques including Control Charts, Gage R&R is required.
• Required to have proficient computer skills such as advanced Excel and Power Point use.
• Moderate English communication skill in both writing and speaking.
• Demonstrated experience using formal problem solving methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, QC problem solving story, 5 why, FMEA, or others. (preferred)
