Essential Functions
- Coordinates with supplier to achieve 99% FPY and max output at day 1 of the mass production.

- Executes the Product Failure Analysis and drives Corrective Actions.

- Determines CTQ parameters, performs Process Capability Study and drives pFMEA to improve Product Quality.
- Participates in Project Management Meeting and ECN implementations together with engineering team.
- Participates in the Retailers' Factory Assessment Audit and testing with suppliers.

As a member of the Surprises Quality Team, the Resident Quality Engineer role ensures that finished products and production processes meet Ferrero's high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
