Key Responsibilities
- Perform and evaluate tests on on electrical and electronic products in accordance with the requirements specified by the Project Engineer or Project Handler
- Accurately record and document test results as per project-specific requirements
- Assist in sample preparation, including photographing and handling of test items, as instructed by the Project Engineer or Project Handler
- Coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Manage the collection and return of product samples to customers in a professional manner
- Maintain test facilities in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and other relevant standard methods
- Ensure laboratory facilities and equipment in good condition
- Participate in maintenance activities to ensure the stability of testing equipment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong practical, hands-on skills with electronic and electrical components and systems
- Results-driven and service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

- Key Activities:
- Maintain the updated site compatibility groups, matrix and site service change procedure. SPOC for BOM of PGEN in SAP.
- Issue correcting formula of off-spec products or reprocessing dead stocks to the production and certificates of analysis of products to customers. Handling product quality incidents or customer complaints of product quality.
- Follow up requirements in a MOC (management of change) while changing formulation or launching new product.

- Steward Laboratory OPEX and CAPEX budget, ensure meeting P&B plan.
- Report chemical management as required by Circular No 32/2017/TT-BCT (online) or declare hazardous products or additives of each shipment if any as required by the decree no.113/2017/ND-CP (online) before clearance.
- Work with TUAS Plant and Quatest 2 for CR assessment (scheme 5) of all engine oil products manufactured in Go Dau LOBP and/or imported from TUAS plant in Singapore.
- Prepare content of sublabel for imported products, GHS label (follow CMF) and drum label for local products.
- Member of Go Dau HSEQ Committee and assigned as Quality Coordinator of HSEQ management system.
- Ensure follow up and closure of internal and external assessment findings for Laborator
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management
