  • Quản lý toàn bộ công tác Quan hệ khách hàng bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: quản lý hợp đồng, thu hồi công nợ, tổng đài, chăm sóc khách hàng. (Khách hàng/ đối tác mua sản phẩm/ dịch vụ trước mảng Bất động sản của Công ty - sau khi đã ký hợp đồng với Bộ phận Kinh doanh)

  • Quản lý và phát triển hệ thống đối tác phục vụ khách hàng, xây dựng các chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng đặc quyền.

  • Xây dựng chiến lược dịch vụ khách hàng phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và định vị thương hiệu của Tập đoàn.
  • Ban hành và giám sát thực thi các quy trình, chính sách chăm sóc khách hàng trước, trong và sau bán hàng.
  • Xây dựng hệ thống tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ (SLA, KPI, quy định phản hồi, quy trình xử lý khiếu nại).
  • Tổ chức, quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ chăm sóc khách hàng, bộ phận dịch vụ sau bán.
  • Thiết lập KPI, đánh giá hiệu suất, ghi nhận & khen thưởng nhân viên xuất sắc.
  • Giám sát hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng trong toàn bộ vòng đời: từ tư vấn, ký kết, bàn giao, vận hành, hậu mãi.
  • Trực tiếp tham gia xử lý các tình huống khiếu nại, phản hồi phức tạp.
  • Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu và phản hồi khách hàng để đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm/dịch vụ.
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban: Kinh doanh, Marketing, Vận hành, Pháp lý, Phát triển Dự án để đảm bảo trải nghiệm khách hàng liền mạch.
  • Hỗ trợ phòng Marketing trong hoạt động xây dựng hình ảnh thương hiệu dựa trên sự hài lòng khách hàng.
  • Xây dựng và quản lý ngân sách dịch vụ khách hàng hiệu quả.
  • Lập báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình dịch vụ, các chỉ số hài lòng (CSAT, NPS, tỉ lệ khiếu nại, thời gian xử lý), đưa ra khuyến nghị cải tiến.

  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng chiến lược, quy trình dịch vụ khách hàng, triển khai hệ thống CRM.
