Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales professional located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The International Sales professional will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing approved budgets to achieve sales targets, and handling export documentation for first-time shipments to international markets.

Key responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful order fulfillment, managing customer feedback and complaints regarding product quality and delivery schedules, and monitoring payment transactions related to international trade.

The role also involves building relationships with potential customers, evaluating and improving processes to ensure operational safety, reporting performance through KPIs, and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.

1.   Primary job objectives:

2.   Key Responsibilities:

To learn about our first-grade and processing capabilities, in addition to becoming familiar with our vast portfolio
products. You

In coordination with marketing staff, prepare and attend exhibitions (if any) and trade shows;

Proactively provide comments and feedback to improve workflow and communication among colleagues and departments

REQUIREMENTS
:

University degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related technical field (Foreign Trade or economics is considered for strong candidates);

Good verbal and written communications skills in English; 

Work experience in B2B sales or marketing of ingredients for food, wellness, or pharmaceutical products is an advantage;

Good communication and negotiation skills;
