- Experience:
7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager role for a Small Product Team. - Backend Expertise:
Strong proficiency and professional experience in Golang, including building and deploying microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs in a production environment. - Frontend Expertise:
Strong proficiency and professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically , along with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Product Mindset:

About the Opportunity

- Experience in building SaaS webapps, preferably using React or similar frameworks
- Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Proven experience leading engineering teams using approaches that encourage innovation and grow mindset

As a Lead Engineer – ETO – Product Design and Engineering, you will be responsible for:
