1. Các dự án thiết kế chương trình Đào tạo và Phát triển (50%)
- Phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo (TNA):
xác định gaps năng lực, liên kết với mục tiêu kinh doanh. - Thiết kế nội dung học tập toàn diện:
curriculum, lesson plan, slide, handout, giáo án, bài kiểm tra, ngân hàng đề thi, case study, role play, assessment. - Thiết kế hoạt động học tập:
workshop, simulation, group discussion, gamification. - Đo lường & cải tiến:
- Thiết kế công cụ đánh giá.
- Đo hiệu quả đào tạo theo Kirkpatrick (4 cấp độ) và ROI.
- Phân tích dữ liệu học tập, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến liên tục.
- Triển khai dự án L&OD:
corporate training, competency framework, talent management, succession planning. - Soạn thảo & chuẩn hóa tài liệu vận hành (Ops Manuals, SOPs, Playbook):
tham gia điều phối, quản lý tiến độ và chuẩn hóa nội dung do các bộ phận chuyên môn xây dựng.
2. Thiết kế & số hóa học liệu (30%)
- Chuyển đổi nội dung đào tạo thành e-learning, microlearning, video, infographic, interactive quiz.
- Sử dụng công cụ authoring (Articulate Storyline, Rise, iSpring) để phát triển học liệu số.
- Hiểu cách tích hợp & kiểm tra học liệu trên LMS (SCORM/xAPI), phối hợp IT/vendor khi cần.
- Đảm bảo học liệu số hấp dẫn, trực quan, chuẩn thương hiệu.
3. Training Delivery (20%)
- Trực tiếp đứng lớp các chương trình quản lý, kỹ năng, chuyên môn.
- Coaching/mentoring đội ngũ internal trainers/facilitators.
- Tổ chức workshop, blended learning sessions.
- Thu thập feedback, cải tiến phương pháp giảng dạy.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành: Nhân sự, Giáo dục, Tâm lý, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Truyền thông hoặc liên quan.
- Từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực F&B, Retail, FMCG.
- Có chuyên môn sâu về Instructional Design & Learning Experience Design: phân tích – thiết kế – triển khai – đánh giá chương trình đào tạo.
- Kinh nghiệm thực tế trong:
- Thiết kế chương trình, bài giảng, hoạt động học tập & e-learning.
- Chuẩn hóa và số hóa tài liệu vận hành (Ops Manuals, SOPs, Playbook).
- Tham gia dự án competency framework, talent management, corporate training.
- Kỹ năng viết, biên tập nội dung học tập rõ ràng, dễ áp dụng.
- Thành thạo PowerPoint, Google Suite, Canva, Photoshop, và authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, iSpring).
- Kỹ năng giảng dạy, facilitation, coaching và quản trị dự án đào tạo tốt.
