  • Phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo (TNA):
     xác định gaps năng lực, liên kết với mục tiêu kinh doanh.

  • Triển khai dự án L&OD:

2. Thiết kế & số hóa học liệu (30%)

  • Chuyển đổi nội dung đào tạo thành e-learning, microlearning, video, infographic, interactive quiz.
  • Sử dụng công cụ authoring (Articulate Storyline, Rise, iSpring) để phát triển học liệu số.
  • Hiểu cách tích hợp & kiểm tra học liệu trên LMS (SCORM/xAPI), phối hợp IT/vendor khi cần.

3. Training Delivery (20%)
