JOB PURPOSE
The Leasing Manager is expected to take lead in driving and executing the tenant mix and renewing layout plan for respective shopping malls. This role will maintain relationship with current and potential tenants, provide market intelligence as well as devise strategies to remain competitive in the market.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Plan and implement the development sales and/or tenant mix for the mall to achieve the sales and rental projection/targets set by management
Responsible for tenancy negotiations for all tenants and attend to/resolve any tenancy related matters.
Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
Conduct market research and provide up to date information on the industry and competitors. Devise and advise on strategies and plans to enhance mall's positioning and competitiveness.
Collaborate with Advertising & Promotion team on marketing collaterals and promotion tools to support tenants. Collect data from source such as POS and shopper traffic count to develop leasing plan and support tenants
Negotiate leasing terms and oversee the preparation of Offers and Tenancy Agreements Project rental revenue
Monitor and research on market trends and the competition landscapes for business planning purpose.
Supervise and lead the Leasing team to meet their and the team's KPIs set by management. Engage, guide and mentor members to reach their best potential by identifying gaps in their skillsets and providing relevant on the job training.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.
