About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of legal activities including invoicing, notarization, documentation handling, and internal systems management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Legal Administrative Support

  2. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and deadlines for the Legal Team

  3. Draft, format, and edit legal correspondence, internal memos, official documents
  4. Organize and maintain legal files (physical and digital) in a secure and accessible manner
