- KEY OBJECTIVES
- Legal will be responsible for leading, strengthening, and sustaining a successful regulatory legal & compliance program for Amanotes.
- The role will provide compliance and consultancy to identify and implement best practices for Amanotes business activities.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Consulting, giving advice on contracts and providing legal support to all units of the company
- Review, contribute ideas and support the negotiation of Contracts, written agreements. of the company as assigned
- Consulting, giving legal opinions to resolve conflicts and contract disputes for specialized units)
- Detecting and advising on possible risks to the operation of the Company
- Directly work with competent state agencies to solve arising problems of the company
- QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or above, majoring in Law and other related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
- Overall knowledge of the general legal requirements of Amanotes businesses and investments
- Proven ability to work on legal matters in multiple countries (Singapore, US, China etc.)
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in contract reviewing and drafting; and corporate matters
- Solicitor admitted to practice in Vietnam
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Corporate and regulatory experience in technology (and preferably gaming and music industry)
