You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your business development expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence
**How you create impact**
You will be responsible for driving sales, revenue + gross profit (GP) of our road logistics offerings through various sales channels while maintaining good relationships with our customers. You will do this by collaborating with various key stakeholders while focusing on the following objectives:
+ To generate leads + identify new customers through cold calls, networking activities + referrals.
+ To build + develop strong relationships with new + existing customers, ensuring regular follow-ups are conducted.
+ To be the representative for operational reviews with customers, driving excellent customer satisfaction.
+ To support process mapping, handle trial shipments + implement solutions.
+ To collaborate with other managers + departments in increasing cross-selling activities + success.
+ To work closely with our various sales teams in ensuring achievement of target growth.
+ To negotiate contracts + rate agreements with customers, monitor operations, sales performance + ensure compliance with internal policies + external regulations.
+ To maintain data integrity in CoreLOG (Customer Relationship Management tool) through regular updates.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Bachelor or University Degree
+ At least 3 years of experience in Sales Logistics or others relevant, experience in Road Logistics is a plus
+ Customer orientation and drive results
+ Good at communication, conflict resolution and balance stakeholders

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to SME Sales Lead, your main role will be to support him/her driving SME Logistics Sales growth and performance through Field sales activities.
- You will be developing a suitable strategy for SME customers hunting by understanding profile, category & channel which match with company’s service ((especially Affiliated Platform)
- You will be following up SME sellers from Affiliated Platform, FM Hub & Rider’s lead generation activities
- You will be addressing and resolving SME complaints by closely monitoring Field channel via FM Hub & Riders

- You will be compiling reports on account progress, conversion rate and forecast for stakeholders
- You will be responsible for sales performance management
- You will be handling market research and competitor benchmarking
- You will be also responsible for working with other member of Logistics Commercial (Marketing, Sales, Sales admin, etc.) in order to drive overall Commercial growth, customer and seller experience.
- Requires working with multiple business teams across the company to manage SME sales pipeline and understand operations to drive continuous volume improvement.
