**Functions, Duties, Tasks**:

- Demand management and local inventory replenishment.
- Understand the statement of demand and significant changes within the country.
- Understand life cycle management (including divestment and rationalization) and status of all products within the country.
- Provide guidance to the affiliate Sales and Marketing team on improving their forecasting processes and performance by:

- Analyzing forecasts against historical sales, business plan, special commercial projects and challenging the forecast numbers where appropriate.
- Utilizing key metrics results as leading indicators to identify opportunities for forecasting improvements.
- Provide education and training on Affiliate Sales and Operations Planning processes to all local participants of Affiliate S&OP meetings.
- Ensure new product launches within business / affiliate are aligned with global launch maps.
- Works with business and site to establish minimum, maximum and safety stock targets for each item including management of short expiry, slow moving and projected obsolescence.
- Planning: understand the impact of manufacturing onto a country, particularly source changes, regulatory changes, printed packaging changes, managed supply and ensure that these changes are incorporated in affiliate’s plans.
- Understand the needs of the market and communicate supply chain design and distribution opportunities to improve the flexibility and response of manufacturing into the market. Communicate issues back to Cluster Supply Chain Leader to determine the methodology for resolution - project, six sigma effort, etc.
- Create a sense of credibility and effectiveness within the country that both strategic and tactical issues that are brought to your attention for the action plan and resolution.
- Facilitate Affiliate S&OP process and escalate issues and action plans to Regional S&OP. Cascade Regional and Executive S&OP Decisions within the affiliate.
- Participate in central/regional processes that impact the country: such as inventory targeting, business planning, launch, PCAPs, etc.
- Drive and enforce the supply chain strategy for the country.
- Metrics: Provide a series of metrics that determine the overall health of the country from a supply chain perspective (including warehousing metrics), and monitors significant projects or changes that impact supply, demand, and warehousing efficiencies.
- Participate in every supply chain and logistics improvement/optimization project for the country as a key member of the design and implementation team or as the project leader.
- Ensure Supply Agreements are in place and valid for both internal and external suppliers including service providers.
- Monitor and improve overall service level and performance with suppliers and LSP.
- Implement performance governance model to install continuous improvement mindset at LSP.
- Ensure the accuracy of stock between Elanco and LSP systems, inventory records are aligned with audit control requirements, and any non-conformities identified and addressed at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of physical inventory count process for each warehouse.
- Ensure timely update of all local Supply Chain and Warehousing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and effective implementation of related SOPs within the country.
- Ensure all activities conducted within Supply Chain and Warehousing comply with all company policies and procedures.
- To report adverse events and product complaints as per global and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring myself and my subordinates comply with the company rules and regulations including Ethics and Compliance and external laws and regulations.

Join us as a **Supply Chain Security Senior Advisor** (Corporate Security) on our **Security & Resiliency team **in **Hanoi Vietnam** to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

**What you’ll achieve**

**You will**:

- Manage regional supplier audit and assessment programs to validate security posture of Physical Security processes and controls at a site level, 3rd party factories, as well as transit lanes and warehouses where Dell product is regularly moved and/or stored; provide timely and objective feedback on risk findings and corrective actions to senior leadership. Capture and analyze data surrounding supply chain site audits and assessments, visits, contract adherence and compare trends and identify risk mitigation opportunities.
- Evaluates risk, provides advice / briefings to team members on travel-related concerns.
- Evaluate existing security plans and recommend modifications to reduce risk in supply chain operations at both the regional and global level. Stay up to date of significant developments and security industry intelligence in areas ranging from theft, tampering, insertion, data breaches and other criminal activities specifically related to supply chain activities and routinely assess potential impact on Dell’s end customers, shareholders and business operations.
- Responsible for managing complex global supply chain security investigations including cargo theft, counterfeiting/product tampering, data breaches, and various types of product fraud and working directly with law enforcement, insurance adjusters and private investigators to facilitate optimal outcomes for Dell’s business. Is competent and trained on investigative and reporting techniques.
- Coordinate contacts and relationships with outside law enforcement agencies. Capable of managing strategic projects and directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional stakeholders towards the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives for the business. May include regional international travel, up to 25%.

**Essential Requirements**
- At least 7+ years of related experience in a professional role in security operation, supply chain security, TAPA requirements, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs, and other trade security initiatives, as well as NIST or relevant regional government-sponsors security policies required.
- Previous experience in a Corporate Security and/or Cybersecurity environment in a large global organization.
- Active members of international recognized security groups in the industry i.e. ASIS, OSAC, ISMA, CPP, CISSP, or equivalent, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Proven experience managing third party vendor and strategic supplier relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
- Manage investigations, security awareness, incident management etc.
- Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to compliment the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets

**Desirable Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in security, Criminal Justice, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience liaising with Law Enforcement on investigations highly desired. Capable of working independent and remotely, as needed.
