As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design and develop scalable and reliable artificial intelligence and machine learning models for various domains and applications.
About our team
Our global AI, Data & Analytics Division at Renesas is experiencing an increasing demand for AI and Generative AI (LLM) based solutions. Working closely with our business partners, we deliver AI solutions to help drive value for Renesas at a global enterprise scale. Responsibilities
+ Lead AI tool development projects.
+ Develop AI and LLM solutions based on business requirements using approaches such as RAG architecture on enterprise data.
+ Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks.
+ Prepare and augment training datasets for models.
+ Collaborate with data scientists and Full stack ai engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.
+ Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices.
Qualifications
Must Have
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
+ 5- 8 years of full-time work experience.
+ Expertise in the latest AI, GenAI, ML technologies and the ability to introduce them to the team.
+ Experience with the latest techniques in LLM, LVM, RAG, fine-tuning, and deploying with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and foundation models.
+ 2+ years of hands-on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
+ Familiarity with Databricks products and services.
+ Have working knowledge of CI/CD.
+ Strong communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills.
+ Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML.
Strongly Preferred
+ Databricks certifications.
+ Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks products.
+ Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Azure is preferred.
+ Knowledge in LLM actual use cases.
+ Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies

As a ** Senior Digital Cloud & AI Solution Engineer - Innovative Infrastructure** on the Azure Platform, you'll play a key role in helping mid-market customers modernize their infrastructure and unlock the full value of Microsoft's cloud. You'll work directly with technical and business stakeholders to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient architectures that support AI workloads and business-critical applications. You bring deep expertise in migrating core workloads-including Windows, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, SAP and Oracle-to Cloud & AI. Beyond migration, you lead customers through modernization using the 6R strategy, containerization best practices, and Cloud & AI-native services like AKS and Arc, while exploring how AI and intelligent agents can accelerate legacy transformation. You also apply strong networking knowledge to design hybrid and cloud-native solutions, including virtual networks, VPNs, and secure routing architectures that meet enterprise performance and compliance needs. + Consumes and leverages readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and practices expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues.
**Qualifications**
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 12+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
+ Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
+ **Fluency in English at a business level is required.**
