Personnel data management:
- Process personnel data for expat in HR system to ensure accuracy payroll data

- Provide relevant inputs and feedback for potential improvement, cost saving and policy development in areas

**Mission**:
Maximise, together with the APAC Revenue Director, the region’s hotel revenue, jointly coordinating hotel revenue associates with the strategies seen with the Director to increase other revenue with analysts and hotel revenue maximising RevPAR and rate, measuring market trends for the best decision making.

**Main responsibilities**:
**COORDINATE STRATEGIC PLANNING**
Give support to the process of preparing budgets, with analytical information about the area hotels
Prepare analytic data for the Commercial Review meetings each month or/and each 3 months.
Presenting variance forecast WoW for hotels in the region at weekly bases.
To be and to act as support staff to the areas to reach their sell strategies to obtain the reach of goals.
**REPORTING AND VALIDATION OF THE CORRECT DATA ISSUED FROM THE HOTELS**
Weekly and Monthly reporting to ensure the Area Hotels are issuing and implementing the right procedures under the codifications and segmentation authorized
To overview and encourage the culture of optimization and maximizing the Hotels recourses
To control on a careful basis as well as to make sure the hotels are following up the guidelines to reach the budgets
Measure forecast accuracy report for hotels in the region.
Create new reports to continue supervising hotels performance
**DEVELOP ANALYTIC DATA IMPUTATION ACTIONS**
Preparation and maintenance: demand calendar, pick up studies, reservation curves, historic data
Market studies: Competitor Intelligence, market trends / segmentation studies, Denials studies, group pricing, acceptance levels, penetration, loyalty programs
Get reports from Duetto, SAP, SIRIUS, STR, OTA insight etc
To overview the Reservations Department execution and audit the correct input of data and the right use of company tools
**FORECASTING**
Program and make hotel´s forecasts by market segment, monthly and to 3 months ahead.
Maintain the error margins in forecast lower than + / - 10% vs first forecasted data for the month
To issue and analyse the short/medium and log term forecasting based on the statistic.
Prepare business displacement studies, and profits´ studies
**HOTEL PRICING**
Monitor Hotel’s pricing strategy to be aligned with MHI strategic vision
Training to hotel teams about Open Pricing model
Supervise B2C and B2C rates to respect the right pricing grid.
Monitor comp set rates at weekly or monthly bases.
**ANALYZE: BENCHMARKING & MARKET ANALYSIS**
Produce market studies: STR
Produce and compile data about the compset: Rate Shopping Analysis
Optimize the available tools, for example: Travelclick
**TEAM MANAGEMENT**
Extend the Revenue Management culture in the team and among the management and staff of hotels in their portfolio
**AD HOC PROJECTS**
Provide analytical support to the Regional Revenue team when necessary.
**RESERVATIONS**
Guarantee 100% use of the tools and the consoles defined by MHI.
**OTHERS**
Embrace new technology and protocols defined by MHI
Be an ambassador for the company's reporting model, supporting the standardisation and updating of BI and reporting tools.
Depending on the area, hotels in the portfolio may be assigned to an Executive RM. In this case, the RM Executive will assume some of the duties of the Cluster RM following the instructions and supervision of the Cluster RM.
**Main requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent in business studies or hotel management. Revenue Management training will be highly valued
- At least 1 year experience as revenue management executive.
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese (speaking & writing)
