This position is ideal for an expert in WMS solutions who can provide crucial system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization services from a distance. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse processes by managing and enhancing their WMS platform. Your role will involve understanding intricate warehouse workflows, translating business requirements into system configurations, and providing remote support to warehouse operations teams worldwide. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing WMS functionalities, conducting user training, performing system audits, and resolving technical issues.
