Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a plant management or senior supervisory role.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and control systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Solid understanding of budget management and financial controls.
- Experience with a variety of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
