- Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:
- Manage sample progress schedule from develop to bulk production stage.

- Understand and analyze factory In-house Data for QCD control.
- Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system.

- Handling group of business partners (over 5 partners generally), regularly visiting & holding the meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion.
- Be responsible for Team or Division Business, reporting to Managers, Director, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments.

**POSTION SUMMARY:**
+ Responsible for sample and order execution for the brand and collaborate with different teams. Assist the supervisor for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand's strategy to achieve KPIs.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Working with vendors on best Lead time for each styles
+ Coordinating between Vendors and "Buying & planning teams" to make sure Pre-booking , order placement are in alignment to achieve the target price and delivery
+ PO management
+ Coordinate and take decision on production activities, so the Vendor will have sufficient production lead time
+ Sample delivery and bulk delivery tracking
+ QA package management
+ System data entry
+ WIP management
+ Assist supervisor on daily execution
+ Assist in the follow up on the execution of bulk production including trims, fabrics production schedule and delivery status.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
**Education & Experience:**
+ University/Engineering degree with 1-2 years of related work experience; or post secondary degree with minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in apparel, material or technical background
+ Should have experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment.
**Skills:**
+ Apparel, material or technical background preferred.
+ Should have experience in manufacturing environment or similar previous working experience preferred.
+ Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables.
+ Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances.
