- **Responsibilities**:_
**BRANDING**
- Develop a brand communication plan based on the company's brand development strategy. Execute brand communication activities. Coordinate with relevant departments for brand communication activities. Monitor the implementation and evaluate the results of each brand communication campaign.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify brand communication issues and opportunities to address.
- Develop communication plans for the VN market to increase brand awareness and consideration.
- Manage the production of key brand assets from internal sources or agencies to ensure content aligns with approved communication and marketing strategies.
**CONTENT and CREATIVES**
- Develop and implement our social media content strategy across multiple platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. We can use the content for performance and branding purpose.
- Collaborate with our content team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
- Plan and execute social media campaigns/ events and track their success using analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Manage and grow our social media following and engagement
- Identify and collaborate with social media influencers and other strategic partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with online communities and groups related to education
**PUBLIC RELATIONS AND SEO**
- Write content for PR articles and SEO
- Develop PR plans in line with short-term and long-term communication plans.
- Manage cooperation programs on media channels (media partnerships).
- Propose and execute CSR campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.
**DESIGN**
- Work with the design team to develop a brand identity that aligns with the brand positioning strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team to design the marketing materials to support the work (flyer, voucher, booth.)
- Manage the company's overall image on communication materials, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
- Develop monthly promotion programs
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand management, content creation, or a related role, preferably within the education or technology sector.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
