**Main Responsibilities**
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand local consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the beauty industry.

**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**
Responsible for managing the plan contributing to the organization turnover on topline. Drive annual planning and cross-functional execution of brand strategies and key initiatives. **Strategic Planning**
- Develop local insights and connection tasks that bring global brand strategies to life. Develop local execution in line with brand campaign guidelines.
