We are seeking a **Marketing & Operations Executive** to support our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful applicant will work with our business development and project engineering staff to manage project proposals, purchasing, billing, and related documentation as well as supporting digital marketing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create graphic design for social media, product brochures, data sheets, catalogues, and other marketing material
- Support management team with event planning and public relations strategy to build Ampotech’s brand in Vietnam
- Support the business development and project engineering team to prepare proposals, presentations, and related project documents
- Coordinate with the accounting service provider for preparation of project contracts, invoices, purchasing, and payment matters.
- Provide general support for office operations
- Provide support for Singapore office in terms of marketing at the initial stage.
**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in administrative support, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organization and written/spoken communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
- Experience with graphic design and copywriting
- Responsible and proactive about problem solving
