- Responsible for pipeline management, sales & revenue forecasting, sales approach & strategy development, and implementation to achieve the Company's ambitious growth for Digital Marketing Business Unit.
- Business planning and goal alignment: Build a clear business vision and mission. Lead and handle the business planning process across departments/divisions (Digital and Social Solutions)
- Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans.
- Building and owning a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, the account, planning and creative teams.
- Responsibility for producing cost estimates for approval with the client, and managing with the finance team.
- Understanding of the client's business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
- Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients.
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
**Who You Are**:
- A recognized University degree, MBA is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position, with proven ability to lead a team of 10 - 15 members.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
- Experienced in executing and managing IMC, Social, Digital projects.
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong leadership skills
