**Essential Responsibilities**:
1) Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.
2) Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors
3) Controls service contracts in support of site operations
4) Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations
5) Coordinates Range scheduling with all departments to ensure training exercises are properly staffed
6) Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.
7) Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.
8) Coordinates range scheduling with the government representatives as required. Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of academic/technical/military training and experience
- Possess 10 or more years of diverse management experience including experience in aviation systems.
- Possess excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills. Desktop computer skills are essential with proficiency in full range of Microsoft Office products and should be capable of preparing management level reports and presentations.
- Position requires frequent travel.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. passport for facility credentials/authorization. NOTE: U.S. citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work site.
- Possess a valid state issued drivers license.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands**:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication and constant mental alertness. Must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Position requires routine travel to site operating locations.
