Hoạch định và chiến lược nhân sự
Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược nhân sự phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển của công ty.
- Đề xuất các chính sách thu hút và giữ chân nhân tài.
Phân tích, dự báo nhu cầu nhân sự theo từng giai đoạn phát triển.
Tuyển dụng & Đào tạo
Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng, từ đăng tin, sàng lọc hồ sơ, phỏng vấn và đánh giá ứng viên.
- Xây dựng và triển khai chương trình đào tạo nội bộ nhằm nâng cao năng lực nhân sự.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban để xác định nhu cầu đào tạo, đảm bảo sự phát triển nghề nghiệp cho nhân viên.
Quản lý chính sách & Chế độ phúc lợi
Xây dựng hệ thống đánh giá nhân sự và chính sách lương thưởng, phúc lợi cạnh tranh.
- Quản lý và giám sát hệ thống bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, hợp đồng lao động.
Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến quan hệ lao động, chế độ phúc lợi.
