  1. Hoạch định và chiến lược nhân sự

  7. Xây dựng và triển khai chương trình đào tạo nội bộ nhằm nâng cao năng lực nhân sự.
  8. Phối hợp với các phòng ban để xác định nhu cầu đào tạo, đảm bảo sự phát triển nghề nghiệp cho nhân viên.

  9. Quản lý chính sách & Chế độ phúc lợi

  10. Xây dựng hệ thống đánh giá nhân sự và chính sách lương thưởng, phúc lợi cạnh tranh.

  11. Quản lý và giám sát hệ thống bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, hợp đồng lao động.

This crucial role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sanitation protocols, managing waste disposal operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial sanitation practices, hazardous waste management, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sanitation and waste management plans for industrial operations.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation activities, ensuring all areas meet established standards.
  • Manage the collection, segregation, storage, and disposal of various waste streams, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials, in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential sanitation issues or hazards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on proper sanitation, waste handling, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national environmental and safety regulations (e.g., waste disposal permits, emissions standards).
  • Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, waste manifests, inspection reports, and training logs.
  • Investigate sanitation-related incidents or complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with external waste disposal contractors and ensure their services meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to sanitation processes, equipment, and materials to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in safety audits and contribute to the overall safety management system of the facility.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and sanitation equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sanitation, environmental health and safety, or waste management.
  • Solid understanding of sanitation principles, cleaning agents, and disinfection techniques.
  • Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and disposal procedures (e.g., RCRA in relevant jurisdictions).
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform inspections in various industrial environments.
