• Thiết kế, triển khai và quản lý các hệ thống mạng nội bộ và mạng diện rộng để đảm bảo tính ổn định và hiệu suất cao.
• Giám sát và phân tích hiệu suất mạng, xác định các vấn đề và thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục kịp thời.
• Đảm bảo an ninh mạng thông qua việc triển khai các giải pháp bảo mật, bao gồm tường lửa, VPN và các công nghệ mã hóa.

Your responsibilities will include:
Short-term (initial period):

• Perform setup tasks similar to current team members based on established standardised procedures (e.g., configuring IoT gateways, edge computers, modems, routers, virtual networks, WiFi networks, etc.)
• Provide remote support (Tailscale + Rustdesk, SSH) for troubleshooting, particularly in terms of networking and Internet connectivity
• Support equipment installations on remote sites, with an emphasis on ensuring networks and Internet connectivity are functioning as expected before installation is considered complete
• Conduct basic Linux configuration and monitoring
• Prepare and test hardware setups before deployment

Long-term:

• Support the adoption of greater automation in setup, testing, and remote monitoring
• Manage, monitor, and support deployed IoT network systems to ensure high uptime
• Design and optimise end-to-end networking solutions across multiple sites
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and training materials
• Provide training and guidance for on-ground teams
• Contribute to system optimisation for performance and cost efficiency

To be successful in this role you must have:
Must-have:

• At least 3 – 5 years experience in networking fundamentals and experience across the full stack (switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs, WiFi, wired networks, remote maintenance/monitoring)
• Hands-on Linux skills (installation, configuration, monitoring)
• Basic scripting (Python, Bash)
• Practical experience handling networking challenges for large data systems
• Good teamwork skills, able to integrate into existing processes and workflows
• We want someone with relevant experience who is quick and eager to learn

Nice to have (can be trained after onboarding):

• IoT gateway and edge computer experience
• Familiarity with satellite internet (Starlink) and cellular networks
• Exposure to farming/remote deployment environments

• Architect, deploy, and maintain robust network solutions supporting core infrastructure, including private cloud environments, and integration with virtual private and public cloud services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess needs, monitor network performance, and resolve system-related issues.
• Lead and manage network-related projects such as upgrades, implementations, and migrations, providing technical guidance and user support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network environments and operational procedures.
• Generate reports and technical documentation detailing findings, resolutions, and recommendations.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with network infrastructure and hardware.
• Proficiency in managing infrastructure devices such as switches, routers, wireless access points, controllers, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with:

- Network:
Cisco, Aruba (routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems)

- Security:
Checkpoint, Fortigate, Zscaler

- Cloud Platforms:
Azure, AWS

- Voice Systems:
SBC, Avaya, Genesys

- ITIL Tools:

• Strong expertise in designing, monitoring, and maintaining LAN and WAN environments.

Mô tả công việc:

• Khảo sát, lên thiết kế giải pháp, BoM về hệ thống Router, Load-balancer, WiFi, Switch, Truyền dẫn không dây…
• Tiến hành Demo, PoC thiết bị cho khách hàng theo yêu cầu.
• Hỗ trợ khách hàng cấu hình, sử dụng thiết bị tại nơi hoặc từ xa.
• Hỗ trợ, cài đặt, chuyển giao, hướng dẫn sử dụng thiết bị.
• Tư vấn, thuyết trình, training và hướng dẫn sử dụng cho khách hàng về sản phẩm SD-Wan.
• Tích hợp hệ thống (SI) với các sản phẩm SD-Wan như Firewall, Application Firewall, các thiết bị Access control….
• Xây dựng giải pháp, lên cấu hình và vận hành khai thác hệ thống Wifi Marketing.
• Tham gia nghiên cứu và test các sản phẩm mới.
• Đào tạo và hỗ trợ thông tin về sản phẩm, giải pháp cho đội ngũ kinh doanh.
• Tham gia hội thảo, thuyết trình sản phẩm, giải pháp cho khách hàng.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Nam, Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, Viễn thông …
• Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
• Có kiến thức tổng quan về các mô hình hạ tầng Mạng.
• Có kinh nghiệm lắp đặt, cấu hình thiết bị các hãng như Cisco, HP, Juniper …
• Ứng viên có các chứng chỉ CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, LINUX là một lợi thế.
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm quản lý, triển khai dự án, triển khai CCTV, Wireless, WiFi.
• Là người yêu thích công nghệ, đam mê kỹ thuật, ham học hỏi và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
