**Essential Functions**
- Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations. Management Duties

Nursing Care
- Will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of nursing care in the clinic
- Will ensure that all nurses demonstrate competency in all procedures contained in the Raffles Medical Nursing skills assessment doc.
- Will ensure that all nurses carry out procedures ordered by the doctor in a timely accurate and safe manner.
- Will administer medicines, injections and vaccinations as ordered by the doctor, giving all appropriate information to the patient and ensuring medication is checked according to standard operating procedure.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide emergency room care & assist in resuscitation efforts.
- Will prepare laboratory specimens as per Raffles Medical Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (POPs)
- Will supervise and participate in the on call duties if requested. Will participate in the on-call roster and adhere to the on-call procedures.

- Will monitor the nursing documentation as per Raffles Medical Policies and Procedures (POPs) and provide a signature to every entry in a patient file.
- Will be competent in all procedures contained within the Raffles Medical Skills Assessment Manual making sure that nursing staff are competent in these processes

Patient’s Rights and Confidentiality
- Will maintain confidentiality of all information related to Raffles Medical business and clients

Customer Services
