What you will do:

Handling a case related to a Female resort employee

Issue the key for the related department operation

Receive a phone call request for a security operation

Check the Resort Employee when they finish their shift

Ability to design Department Roster

• To supervise the security situation, ensure safety for guests at the security spot as assigned.
• To patrol, check, supervise to recognize timely solve incidents related to safety and security, fire prevention as well as the compliance with regulations of staff in the hotel.
• To be in charge of monitoring taxis and arranging taxis coming in and out to pick up guests.
• To report to Security Supervisor in cases of security incidents, follow commands of Security Supervisor to solve problems.
• To check on the import and export of goods, properties of guests at all gates.
• To check on staff coming in and out at gate for staff.
• To oversee camera screens in camera room 24/24.
• Do not leave your duty position without permission of Security Supervisor or Security Manager, neither breach the rules of the hotel nor violate laws of government.
• To fully comply with all regulations of working criteria set out by Security Manager.
• To ensure professional working manner, polite and friendly posture when meeting guests. To learn by heart all services of the hotel, to have a thorough grasp of security in the area, of regulations of the hotel to guide guests.
• To exteriorly protect luggage when guests arrive and leave the hotel.
• To perform other tasks as assigned by senior.
• Other tasks requested by direct manager.
• Guarantee safety and security during working shift.
• Directly handle the safety and security issues in the hotel and timely report the unsolvable situations to Security Supervisor.

About the Role:

• Subject matter expert for Environment, Health & Safety and primary interface within defined geographic regions for both C&W and client representatives
• Adapt and standardize EHS agreed processes, plan and activities calendar to operate across the client account
• Devise and implement an EHS audit program to monitor compliance against statutory regulations, reduce risk and improve performance against C&W EHS management systems and processes as well as client's EHS expectations
• Track, manage and implement corrective action plans on non-conformance related items
• Develop and deploy EHS training and awareness for site contacts
• Implement safe working practices and procedures and maintain a high awareness of safety by training employees and work permit system
• Program manage the collection of EHS (energy, waste, water, PPEs, chemical, LTI, near miss and first aid) related data from across all sites and prepare monthly status reports
• Identify and drive EHS best practices, identified through audits, across all target locations
• Support the implementation of client's EHS management system within defined client region and C&W scope of operations
• Monitor and record reportable incidents and accidents as well as provide support for accident investigations
• Develop and manage EHS procedures to prepare for and respond to emergency situations involving occupational health and safety risks
• Establishing effective working relationships with FM Operations teams and functional peers is essential
• Partner with security vendors and support activities related to access control, CCTV, and workplace security, in line with client's standards.

About You:

• Min. 1–2 years of EHS experience with relevant Health & Safety or Engineering/Technical qualifications or degree.
• Knowledgeable in Environment, Health & Safety management, with a strong interest in compliance and risk reduction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building effective working relationships.
• Health & Safety certification or training is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to workplace security or vendor coordination is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided).

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aviation security management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international aviation security laws, regulations, and standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security management systems.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and threat analysis.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in managing and training security personnel.
• Familiarity with airport operations and security technologies.
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure during security crises.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) are highly desirable.
