Follow up the internal and external recruitment and placement activities for The Grand Ho Tram to include university, colleges, local nationals and expatriates.

Assist to develop recruitment and placement policies, systems and procedures including strategies and selection techniques.

Work closely with departments to arrange recruitment process.

Conduct interview for all local and expat positions, from supervisor to entry level.

Follow up all recruitment advertising and employment brand development.

Assist manager in recruitment plans in considering the market mechanism, labor development tendency, salary and benefit bench mark.

Prepares reports and recommends procedures to enhance the recruitment and employment processes.

Coordinate, negotiate and administer all sourcing/recruitment agency relationships.

Act as a liaison between The Grand Ho Tram and the community in which they operate to generate interest and strong relationship for the workforce.

Coordinate and assist on-boarding, orientation programs and HR operations

Follow up duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Introduction

Reporting to HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader, HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering excellent employee experience to ensure smooth operations as well confidentiality and punctuality regarding all HR processes and policies.   • Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders to enhance work relations, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention. The HRBP will ensure that HR strategies are closely aligned with the unique needs and objectives of the site, helping to create a cohesive and motivated workforce.
  • Employee Performance Management Collaborate with team leaders and managers to monitor and analyze employee performance, facilitating the achievement of business goals.
  • Employee Engagement and retention Strengthen employee engagement and retention via employee relation programs, coaching, and establish positive relationships with internal teams and external institutes relation programs;
  • Policy Implementation Develop HR strategies in line with local HR guidelines, identify areas for improvement such as organizational structure and job grading, and initiate projects to enhance career development, employee wellbeing, and the working environment;
  • HRIS and Reporting Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and generate comprehensive reports for management to make informed decisions regarding staffing, attrition, overtime, and more.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel;
  • Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization in the resolution of HR perspective;
  • Ability to deal with various types of persons using appropriate conversation and methods;
  • HR Business Partnering experience is a strong plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices;
  • Experience in data analysis;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Ability to work night shifts when required as our service is 24/7.
  • Experience in event organization is an advantage.
