About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead our O&M team and oversee warehouse and asset management, as well as customer service support. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in 2-wheeler motorcycle service and maintenance, with E2W knowledge being a significant plus. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
This position requires a strong engineering background with hands-on involvement in repairing and maintaining battery swap cabinets and batteries. Training in China will be provided, making Chinese language skills a big plus.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Operations & Maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and reliable asset performance.
- Oversee production, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with standards.
- Implement and monitor SLA, SOP, and QA documentation to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
- Manage preventive & predictive maintenance programs, incident escalation, and anomaly tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for risk analysis, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Monitor and optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), driving Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO standards in a highly automated, safety-critical environment.
- Provide technical guidance for robotics, PLCs, automation systems, and battery-related operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to battery swapping infrastructure and electric vehicle systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to improve the design and functionality of battery swapping systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in electric vehicle maintenance and battery management.
- 6–8 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive/electronics/heavy industry (large-scale automated plants preferred).
- Experience in repairing and maintaining battery swap cabinets and batteries is a must.
- Hold at least one managerial role, leading operations and/or maintenance teams.
- Proven expertise in preventive & predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, robotics, and PLC systems.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent).
- Leadership experience in production/maintenance/engineering teams at scale.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA/EHS.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):
- OEM or Tier-1 supplier background in automotive/electronics/battery manufacturing.
- Chinese language proficiency for supplier/partner communication (big plus)
- Knowledge of battery production, EV safety protocols, and EHS in hazardous environments.
- Experience with high automation systems (robotic welding, AGV logistics, clean room).
- Familiarity with 2-wheeler service & maintenance or E2W (Electric Two-Wheeler) technology.

Nhiệm vụ chính:
1. Vận hành & Dịch vụ
- Giám sát hoạt động hằng ngày tại barbershop, quầy bar và cửa hàng bán lẻ.
- Triển khai và duy trì SOP, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ và toàn bộ hành trình khách hàng.
- Giải quyết vấn đề của khách nhanh chóng, chuyên nghiệp; quản lý kênh phản hồi/đánh giá và xử lý khiếu nại.
Theo dõi và cải thiện các chỉ số then chốt (sự hài lòng khách hàng, đánh giá, thời gian chờ, tái đặt lịch).
Lãnh đạo con người
Tham gia quá trình tuyển dụng, đào tạo hội nhập, sắp xếp lịch làm và phát triển đội ngũ.
- Đào tạo về dịch vụ, upsell, vệ sinh & an toàn, và kiến thức sản phẩm.
Đặt mục tiêu rõ ràng (KPI dashboard), đánh giá định kỳ, huấn luyện hiệu suất và xử lý xung đột kịp thời.
Hiệu suất F&B, Bán lẻ
Quản lý chất lượng F&B, trưng bày, vệ sinh, tuân thủ giấy phép; kiểm soát COGS và hao hụt.
- Giám sát danh mục sản phẩm bán lẻ, trưng bày, độ chính xác tồn kho và giảm thất thoát.
Lên kế hoạch khuyến mãi với Marketing, đảm bảo thực hiện sự kiện, kích hoạt VIP/đối tác.
Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh, Ngân sách & Báo cáo
Xây dựng và quản lý ngân sách chi nhánh; theo dõi doanh thu, chi phí nhân sự, COGS và chi phí vận hành.
- Phân tích cơ cấu doanh thu, năng suất và chi phí; đề xuất hành động nâng cao lợi nhuận và giá trị khách hàng.
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo/plan hàng tuần & hàng tháng cho cấp quản lý.
Cải tiến quy trình để phòng ngừa vấn đề (suy giảm lợi nhuận, xung đột nhân sự, cạnh tranh).
Tuân thủ, Cơ sở vật chất & Nhà cung cấp
Đảm bảo tuân thủ về an toàn sức khỏe, vệ sinh, phòng cháy chữa cháy và giấy phép rượu.
- Giám sát bảo trì và vệ sinh cơ sở; phối hợp với chủ nhà và nhà thầu.
- Quản lý quan hệ nhà cung cấp và hợp đồng dịch vụ để đảm bảo chất lượng & hiệu quả chi phí.

General duties:
Oversee operations on a daily basic to ensure all employees follow local and coporate safety regulations.
- Coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs
- Be directly responsible for corporate safety, security reporting, and
- Take immediate and appropriate action when an "imminent risk of serious injury" has been identified.
- Maintain and enforce safety requirements for new machinery, equipment, processes and materials.
- Assess workplace design, organization, ergonomic factors and work conditions to evaluate associated risks.
- Develop and present training programs for management and employees at all levels
- Prepare and deliver reports to regulatory meetings.
Be available to work both day and night shifts as required.
People Development & Management

Ensure Work Group members are recognized for their accomplishments.
Compliance:
Maintain & apply Safety operating system in working area including but not limited to SOS, FPS.
- Comply with Internal policies, local regulations, Code of Conduct, and other company procedures as issued.
- Complete all required compliance training for the safety engineer role.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct Supervisor.

OverviewAs a Product Execution Engineer for Crocs, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end process of new product introductions (NPI). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Execution, you will collaborate closely with overseas Crocs teams and cross-functional departments—including Materials, Costing, Tooling, Quality, and Planning—to ensure product integrity and timely delivery. You will also oversee production operations at assigned manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals for quality, delivery, and cost.
What You'll Do- Lead the execution of new product introductions at factories in Binh Phuoc and Binh Duong provinces in south Vietnam, from development and commercialization through to mass production.
- Guide factory teams in the application of Crocs product validation tools through coaching, training, and audits.
- Serve as a key communication link between factory partners and internal Crocs stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all interactions with factory partners, both in business conduct and product quality.
- Monitor and manage production-related activities, including new site setup, certification processes, product transfers, continuous improvement and duplication efforts.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, preferably within a factory environment.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level 4); Vietnamese, Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
