• Am hiểu các quy định pháp luật và khung pháp lý liên quan đến đất đai và phát triển dự án bất động sản tại Việt Nam.

• Tham dự các cuộc họp chính thức/không chính thức và kiểm tra hiện trường với cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền nhằm hỗ trợ nộp hồ sơ và lập kế hoạch triển khai các phương án hiệu quả nhất để được phê duyệt thi công và các yêu cầu liên quan khác.

• 4-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công trường và hiểu về thủ tục pháp lý dự án.

• Kiến thức tốt trong mảng Xây dựng và quản lý dự án.

• Kỹ năng sử dụng tin học văn phòng.

• Đảm bảo tất cả các thủ tục và quy trình theo hợp đồng được thực hiện đầy đủ tại công trường. Tư vấn cho nhà thầu về việc hoàn thiện hồ sơ nghiệm thu cho dự án.

Ensure all contractual procedures and processes are being fulfilled at site. Advise the Contractor on completion of acceptance for project.

• Đảm bảo chất lượng trong quá trình thi công các hạng mục đúng theo thiết kế đã phê duyệt, bản vẽ thi công, biện pháp thi công, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và các tài liệu liên quan.

Ensure quality during the construction of items in accordance with the approved design, construction drawings, construction methods, technical standards, and related documents.

• Đảm bảo an toàn lao động trong quá trình thi công, phối hợp với bộ phận QHS để giám sát và đảm bảo công trường tuân thủ quy định an toàn.

Ensure safety during the construction of each infrastructure item, co-operate with QHS team to notice and keep the construction site in line with safety regulation.

• Đảm bảo tiến độ thi công các hạng mục, cập nhật tiến độ với cấp quản lý trực tiếp và các phòng ban liên quan (nếu cần).

Ensure progress during the construction of each item, update the progress to line manager and relevant departments (if required).

• Tổ chức họp hàng tuần với nhà thầu để trao đổi công việc, tiến độ thi công và hoàn thiện hồ sơ. Đảm bảo nhà thầu thực hiện đầy đủ các cam kết về chất lượng, tiến độ và hồ sơ trong suốt quá trình thi công. Báo cáo các vi phạm hợp đồng đến các bộ phận liên quan.

Organize weekly meetings to discuss with contractors about construction work, construction progress, and document completion progress. Ensure the Contractor fulfills all agreements related to quality standards, construction progress, and documentation during the duration of the project. Any breach of the contract should be reported to the relevant departments.

• Giám sát chất lượng các hạng mục đã hoàn thành và bàn giao đưa vào sử dụng, kịp thời thông báo cho nhà thầu xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong thời gian bảo hành.

Observing and monitoring the quality of completed and handed over items to be put into use to promptly notify the Contractor for handling and remedial action during the warranty period.

• Phối hợp, tiếp nhận và phản hồi thông tin với các bộ phận liên quan tại công trường và các nhà thầu.

Coordinate, receive and respond to information with relevant departments on the construction site and contractors.
