**Job Summary:**
The Application Manager will lead the application support for BD Diagnostics products in Vietnam. This role ensures the successful implementation, training, and ongoing support of BD's diagnostic and research solutions, working closely with customers, sales teams, and regional/global stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

+ **Project Management:**
+ Manage application-related aspects of product installations and implementations.

+ **Customer Engagement:**
+ Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), laboratory managers, and clinicians.
+ Gather customer feedback and relay insights to regional product and R&D teams.
+ **Compliance & Quality:**
+ Ensure all activities comply with BD's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Medical Technology , Laboratory Medicine Technique or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, technical service, or clinical laboratory operations in clinical diagnostics industry or hospitals
+ Strong knowledge of clinical diagnostics, clinical microbiology or molecular biology is preferred.
+ Experience working with healthcare institutions and clinical laboratories in Vietnam is a plus.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
