The Xops Operations Lead will drive operational excellence by managing data integrity, generating actionable dashboards, tracking costs, and fostering cross-departmental adoption of the Xops system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks, such as preparing presentations or conducting basic data analysis, as assigned by the PMO or line manager.
  • Partner with PMs and business owners to gather requirements and configure the Xops system to meet functional needs across departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Engineering).
  • Review and validate Xops system setup and configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide and train internal users on data entry processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent data input into the Xops system.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity using tools like Power BI and ClickUp, proactively addressing operational issues or bottlenecks.
  • Generate and maintain dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly) to provide insights into operational performance metrics for departments and leadership.
  • Track and report operational expenses for the Xops system, GenAI POC projects, and XgenAI platform, flagging cost overruns to the PMO.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for departments, resolving data entry or system access issues and escalating complex problems to the Xops System Manager.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, operational procedures, and documentation to support system adoption and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Support system deployment, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance functionality and business alignment.
Key Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in system operations, project coordination, or business process management, preferably in a PMO or operations role.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
  • Experience with data management, system monitoring tools (e.g., Power BI, ClickUp), and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of or interest in AI-driven systems and their application to business processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving system functionality and user experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, aligning with PMO timelines and goals.
  • Experience in creating dashboards, reports, or user documentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cost tracking or budget management is an advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, Rooms Division, and Guest Services.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and other relevant hospitality software.
  • A passion for service excellence and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
