• Tham gia xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống quản trị hiệu suất: quy trình/ quy định, tài liệu hướng dẫn, hệ thống đánh giá hiệu quả công việc.
• Vận hành hệ thống quản lý hiệu suất
• Kiểm soát, đánh giá chất lượng kết quả thực hiện BSC&KPIs.
• Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn và triển khai đào tạo, truyền thông tới
• CBNV Công ty về quy định, cách thức triển khai BSC&KPIs hoặc phương pháp quản trị khác
• Đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng, quy trình làm việc. Đề xuất điều chỉnh cơ chế đánh giá, ghi nhận kết quả BSC&KPIs phù hợp theo từng giai đoạn.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Học vấn: tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị nhân lực, Quản trị kinh doanh, hoặc những chuyên ngành liên quan khác.
