KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan and manage the key campus soft services such as housekeeping, landscaping, pet control, waste disposal.

Manage logístical support for events including layout set up, flowers, housekeeping, teabreak, lunch, dinners,.

Set up and manage university catering services: including to make sure the vendor strictly follows the food hygiene and safety; to be the connector among staff, students and vendors to improve quality of catering services.

Set up and manage employee shuttle bus including bus route; monthly report of customer quantity and bus renting cost and monitor bus suppliers and solve all issues related to employee bus.

Manage the services of location renting vendors such as: convenience store, bakery & juice shop, vending machine, ATM.

Manage soft service vendors: sourcing, evaluating, negotiating contracts with vendors to provide optimum services and fees; tracking facility budget and supervise the invoices; payment, etc.

Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Head of Operations.
