ABOUT VINUNIVERSITY
VinUniversity is a newly developed, private, non-profit university in Hanoi, Vietnam. It was established by Vingroup with a mission to be the first world-class, internationally accredited and recognized university in Vietnam. VinUniversity aims to meet the QS 5-star rating standards and will include the following colleges within the University: a College of Business and Management (including Hospitality, and Real Estate); a College of Engineering and Computer Science; a College of Health Sciences.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan and manage the key campus soft services such as housekeeping, landscaping, pet control, waste disposal.
Manage logístical support for events including layout set up, flowers, housekeeping, teabreak, lunch, dinners,.
Set up and manage university catering services: including to make sure the vendor strictly follows the food hygiene and safety; to be the connector among staff, students and vendors to improve quality of catering services.
Set up and manage employee shuttle bus including bus route; monthly report of customer quantity and bus renting cost and monitor bus suppliers and solve all issues related to employee bus.
Manage the services of location renting vendors such as: convenience store, bakery & juice shop, vending machine, ATM.
Manage soft service vendors: sourcing, evaluating, negotiating contracts with vendors to provide optimum services and fees; tracking facility budget and supervise the invoices; payment, etc.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Head of Operations.

+ Review underlying documents as per supporting document matrix and ensure transactions are reflected correctly and accurately in the system.
