Strong knowledge & experience in the following items is a must:
- Experience in e-Payment, e-Commerce, or B2B is preferable
- Strong customer relations skills
- Handle end-to-end process to onboard new merchants/partners and make sure to meet onboarding SLA by assisting with merchant integration and support integration related queries.
- Perform UAT and Live verification tests & frequently conduct testing user flow to improve services
- Follow up with the technical Support team and other stakeholders in the company to make sure the inquiries/ requests/ complaints of merchants are solved properly.
- Internal contact point between technology team and business/product development team if there are any technical issues/bugs that need action.
- Support operations tasks, including but not limited: reconciliation, payment inquiries, follow-up refund process, etc.
- Other common tasks for the day-to-day tech support
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4-5 years of experience.
- Strong and proven experience in operational & product support in technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce shopping platforms and plug-in
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Solid experience in working across multiple projects and groups of people simultaneously.
- Strong passion for customer experience and understanding of customer behavior.
- Excellent in excel (macro & VBA) & PowerPoint.
- Experience in project management and data visualization is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal is a must.
