· Assist in data entry, verification, and maintaining accuracy of the HR system.

· Classify and archive personnel records, labor contracts, and handle correspondence.

· Participate in supporting activities related to employee relations, insurance, and personal income tax procedures (if any).

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the People Service team

Professional Skills:

· Undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

· University student (final year) or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

· Good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
