As a Electrical engineer in our team, you will be responsible for the product electrical design and development. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced start-up like environment and want to invent the future. In the role, you will wear many hats in working on the system design down to quick turn prototypes, manufacturing production process, testing, and quality control. You will play a role in defining processes and methods to improve the productivity of the entire team. You will identify and initiate investigations of production technologies, prototype and test solutions for product features. Design and validate product designs that deliver an exceptional user experience.
You will work in a EE team to create a new experience and work with the team at large to ensure a functional and beautiful product. To be successful you need to be highly motivated, understand how to solve problems and dive deep while delivering to the highest standards.
You will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of product electrical, with expertise in systems integration; the desire to learn from new challenges and the problem solving and communication skills to work within a highly interactive and experienced team. Candidates must show a hands-on passion for their work and be able to communicate their ideas and concepts both verbally and visually. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to integrate feedback and to respond quickly to changing contexts and work environments. In this role, you will:

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- MSEE with at least 2+ years or BSEE with at least 5+ years in electrical engineering.
- At least 2+ years of leading and working with contract manufactures for all stages of product development.
- Hands on experience on circuit design, system bring-up, integration, and debug.
- Familiar with schematic entry, layout tools and design for manufacturability (familiarity with OrCAD Capture and Cadence Allegro tool flow is a plus)
- Knowledge of processor architecture, digital circuit design and various communications protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, USB, MIPI, I2S, etc.
- Knowledge of physical failure analysis techniques for electrical failure analysis
- Understanding of manufacturing process including DFM and DFT for consumer products
- English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to manage and drive various cross-functional team members
- Experience with Ethernet communication interface
- Understanding of high-speed design and noise suppression techniques
- Knowledge on solar battery charge system
- Hands on experience with signal integrity tools
- Experience in designing products for wireless networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE), GPS, WiFi, and Bluetooth wireless systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills and ability to operate autonomously

Electrical Maintenance Engineer will take the leadership to work with team to ensure the stability and high effective operation of the facility & machining system.
**Job Description**
+ Maintain the good condition of all electrical system for facility and machining to minimize the idle time of the system, use the data from the system to see the trend and decide the maintenance plan.
+ Review the technical standard in maintenance machine, use the deep knowledge to adjust to the most appropriate & updated technical document.
+ Continuously participate in Kaizen, technical solution, treasure hunting to extend the life time, improve stability of machine and facility system, reduce the cost, saving energy, improve safety of machine and system.
+ Utilize the manufacturing tools as Six Sigma, Lean to improve the effective of using labor and quality.
+ Play a key role in NPI manufacturing support, work with vendor to prepare facility ready for manufacturing with highest quality and fulfill the timeline & EHS requirements.
+ Foresee and prepare the facility ready for the business extension in near future, do the modification or extend if needed. Brain storm different ways to use shopfloor, facility more effectively.
+ Bring health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management's attention or correct those. Taking initiative to ensure work safety, solving health and safety issues.
+ Other tasks as requested from SMD Manager.
**Qualifications/Requirements** :
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation from an accredited university.
+ 3-year experience in the similar position.
+ Experience with PLC/PLC I/O/ PLC Ladder diagram reading and analysis/ HMI/Inverter/Controller/Recorder.
+ Good understanding on the field device such as actuator/motor/valve/cylinder.
+ Awareness on factory EHS, site environment, health and safety policy.
+ Effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
+ Computer proficiency.
+ Experience with CNC system and I/O
+ Frequently converter parameter, function diagram reading and analysis

Record and review equipment and maintenance information, test performance, materials, supplies or failure events to detect, assess and correct the electromechanical and mechanical problems.

Design and develop/execute the preventive and corrective maintenance.

Oversee the work of contractors according to the requirements/policy given.

**Job Description**:

- Research electronics components to meet requirements (follow datasheet or calculation)
- Electronics design calculation
- Prepare Low level design document and support Architect to do High level design document
- Implement schematics circuit design for PCB
- Prepare test plan and validation. Implement the test plan and test report
- Co-operate with layout engineer to produce layout/Gerber file
- Automotive experience is advantaged.
- Onsite job if required, design process training in Bosch group is necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Have background in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant
- Good knowledge in **Digital circuits, Analog **and Mixed signal circuits, Power supply design and high speed design
- Familiar with **PCB design tools**: Altium, Orcad, Allegro, PAD,
- Familiar with **circuit simulation tools**: Pspice, LTspice, Matlab
- Board testing, Analysis and Reporting. Complying with Hardware design rules and Industry standards.
- Self-motivated, good discipline, good problem solving with analytical and logical thinking. Passion in engineering, good attitude, ability to learn new technology and process
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members
- Ability to travel abroad
- Able to communicate in **English**
