Looking to grow our development teams in Vietnam, B' Information Services engages in a collaboration with Ekino Vietnam, part of Havas Group / Bolloré Group.

Our team in Ho Chi Minh City is specialized on Microsoft.Net technologies (ASP.Net MVC, Winforms, API, Azure, Xamarin, Knockout JS.), ESB platform (Webmethods, Java.) and deliver projects using Agile methodology.

**Main responsibility**

**1. Operational activities**:

- Design solutions based on Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure
- Participate in the different phases of projects (POC, product demonstration, analysis and design, development, deployment, etc.)
- Responsible for software and documentation deliverables and their quality
- Ensure respect of best practices
- Code unit tests and ensure required corrective actions implementation
- Participate to common daily meetings with teams based in Paris and Vietnam
- Realize daily and weekly activity reporting

**2. Team management**:

- Manage teams and optimize resource allocation, assignments
- Build up team spirit, motivation, and engagement
- Review work quality of the team and provide constructive feedback
- Evaluate the performance and competencies of team members

**Reporting line**
- Direct reporting to CESA Director based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Functionally report to the Team Manager in Paris.

**Educational background**
- Graduate in computer science.

**Technical skills**
- Experience in designing and delivering** **Microsoft 365/ Power Platform-based solutions** (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent,)
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online environment and SharePoint Framework developments, Office Dev PnP
- Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git
- Knowledge in.NET 4.5 C#, ASP.NET MVC 5
- Knowledge in Knockout.js / Vue.js / Bootstrap /JavaScript /JQuery /JSON
- Knowledge of REST API and Microsoft Graph API
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous

It helps engineering teams to understand the quality of live services, generate insights of feature usage and user behavior, troubleshoot bugs and issues. To support the continuously growth of business needs from Office365, Office Data Loader team builds the hyper-scale distributed data ingestion service. We directly manages the ingestion service on more than 300,000 Exchange Online machines, which upload more than 30,000 TB data to our hyper-scale distributed storage every day. We also support the ingestion service running on even more machines for other Office365 products.
