2. Quản lý và cải thiện hiệu suất của nhà cung cấp
Quản lý nhà cung cấp, phân tích năng lực và dự đoán rủi ro hoặc sự kiện bất lợi thông qua phân tích dữ liệu, thị trường và đề xuất kế hoạch phòng ngừa đối với nhóm nguyên liệu phụ trách.
Đánh giá hoạt động giao hàng định kỳ của các nhà cung cấp.
Tiếp nhận và giải quyết, cải thiện các vấn đề không phù hợp phát sinh từ nhà cung cấp
Xây dựng và duy trì quan hệ đối tác với các nhà cung cấp cũng như các tổ chức bên trong và bên ngoài.
3. Nghiên cứu và phân tích giá thị trường:
Đề xuất giải pháp đối với những mặt hàng thường xuyên thay đổi giá trên thị trường.
Phân tích thị trường và kiểm soát nguồn cung để đảm bảo sự sẵn sàng của NVL trong hiện tại và tương lai.
Phân tích, so sánh và đánh giá các báo giá của nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo tính cạnh tranh và phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn hàng hóa phù hợp.
4. Hoạt động mua hàng
Tổ chức, và thực hiện thu mua nguyên liệu, theo qui trình và thủ tục nội bộ đảm bảo việc đáp ứng nhu cầu hoạt động của các công ty.
Giám sát và kiểm soát các chi phí mua hàng nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và chi phí.
Phối hợp với các quản lý để đảm bảo sự rõ ràng của các thông số kỹ thuật đúng yêu cầu.
Tham gia soạn thảo, phát hành hợp đồng / PO gửi cho nhà cung cấp.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với kế hoạch để thông báo nếu có bất kỳ thay đổi/trễ lịch giao hàng.
Tham gia vào quá trình phát triển tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, nguyên vật liệu thay thế.

5. Trách nhiệm – Quyền hạn
Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu mua hàng, giá cả, xác định cơ hội đàm phán dựa trên dữ liệu của tổ chức.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Reporting to the General Manager, the Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the club's procurement activities, particularly focusing on the importation of gaming equipment, navigating the gaming license process, and managing the supply chain efficiently, and ensuring all are met in a timely manner. This role requires strategic planning, negotiation skills, and industry-specific knowledge to ensure cost-effective and compliant acquisition of gaming equipment and services. An effective Procurement Manager utilizes professional and ethical relationships with suppliers of same values, to support the success of the Club Operations.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Procurement Management
- Manage all procurement requirements of the Club ensuring the Procurement Policy and Procedures for the Club are followed and adhered. Any deviations from the policy must be reported to the General Manager immediately.
- Establish product specifications with relevant Head of Department.
- Conduct interviews with suppliers, representatives and obtains information, specifications, quotations, on any items required and handle subsequent correspondence and negotiate for procurement.
- Select suppliers impartially based upon cost, ability to meet product specifications, efficiency and quality of their operations, delivery on a timely basis as required.
- Establish and update supplier database for Club operations, as necessary arrange for preferred supplier agreements for types of supplies as well as services that will be demanded on a regular basis.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of gaming equipment, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality standards.
- Source new vendors for better quality inventory and negotiate for better prices and prepare the procurement support documents.
- Manage performances and contracts of long-term and short-term suppliers.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that include the importation of gaming equipment and adherence to gaming license requirements while optimizing the overall supply chain.

- Responsible for all logistics, procurement and distribution of gaming supplies for the needs of Club Operations
- Manage the end-to-end process of importing gaming equipment, including supplier selection, negotiation, logistics, and customs clearance, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.
- Provide professional advice in relation to gaming supplies.
- Keep abreast and ensure procurement team is updated of changes in regulatory policy changes as related to gaming supplies.
- Prepare and submit periodic procurement, inventory status, consumption and other related reports of the unit.
- Establish and maintain sound and easily retrievable records and files (hard copies and electronically, as necessary) for all forms and process of procurement, storage and distribution transactions.
- Establish and maintain asset and inventory registry, including equipment allocation & maintenance, and disposal of assets in accordance with the local regulations.
Planning and Compliance
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of budgetary allocation of procurement items to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with legal and regulatory advisors to understand and navigate the gaming license process, ensure all procurement activities support compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and tracking of laws and regulations, contract documentations, amendments, and various compliance measures to ensure appropriateness and address changes.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, develop and implement performance improvement plans, corrective action plans, and report on achievement of action plans to the direct manager.
- Proactively identify and manage risk in own area ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, industry codes, Company policies and procedures including timely completion of compliance training where required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to encourage proactive health and safety behaviors in addition to implement all agreed health and safety initiatives and taking effective action to address risks, incidents and accidents.
- Undertake training as required and agreed with line manager.
- Strengthen capacity of employees and partners in relation to procurement, storage, distribution, and related functions management especially in relation of gaming supplies and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a procurement role, with specific experience in the gaming or hospitality industry, including knowledge of importing gaming equipment and navigating gaming license processes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, international trade, and customs regulations.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous terms in contracts and purchases.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising and leading procurement teams.
- Familiarity with legal requirements and procedures related to gaming operations and equipment importation.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with procurement and supply chain management software and systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating procurement strategies and negotiation terms clearly.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term procurement plans that align with the organization's goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, market trends, and procurement metrics.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical procurement practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and manage supply chain challenges effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to gaming equipment importation and procurement.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with supply contracts and agreements.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage, particularly for navigating local and international supplier relationships.
