**Responsibility**
- Setting up the seven categories' mid-short term goal & strategy (1-3 years) for/with countries in the APAC-EU division based on the company's mid-long term direction
- Prioritize the strategies and set up the action plan by category, considering each market's dynamics(competitor/channel/consumer) and the company's competency
- Get resources to execute the actions from HQ based on clear priorities and action plans
- Provide category-related business input to inform the business goal-setting process and take responsibility for the delivery of business results, following engagement in the goal-setting process
- Develop and implement a pipeline of regional category initiatives and opportunities (Innovation/Investment/new market entry)
- Establish/Elaborate product & technology roadmap relevant for a region in collaboration with each country and relevant V/Cs
- Develop a new market entry plan based on local market understanding
- Responsible for C2C business model deployment and setting up an efficient process for C2C
- Lead C2C product expansion and collaborate with other regions for cross-regional C2C initiatives
- Be involved in the country's new investment decision-making, such as capital expenditure
- Monitor and support global product/category performance
- Track performance and manage course-correction
- Joint responsibility of Sales/GP
**Job Requirement**
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing or strategy development in an FMCG company
- Has a solid track record in setting up the strategy from scratch and direct implementation leading various value chains (production, R&D, procurement, Etc.)
- Able to think strategically and catch market insight quickly based on market/consumer analysis
- Strong business acumen and planning skills
