You will take pride in producing accurate and quality production schedules which account for service level targets, inventory targets, plant resources and costs optimization. You will drive continuous improvement of people and processes across the planning and vendor scheduling functions. You will be the primary contact for MFG leadership, planning & commercial teams, external manufacturers and international supply chain for management of inventory and production planning.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Make Quality production plan based on DSRP recommendations, Pre-SOP & other known activities in order to achieve appropriate balance between inventory, cost and customer service level. Drive rescheduling / recovery of misses with Department Mangers. Communicate about all run out plans to plant. (allowing for appropriate capacity / labor decisions); Achieve stock build targets. Labor variances not adversely effected due to planning activity. Provide direction to other planner & Vendor Schedulers on how to address forthcoming events, Including new product introduction, capacity constraints, and line shutdowns. Direct involvement in the production scheduling process in order to ensure optimum stock holdings. Regular Maintenance and Housekeeping of data to ensure Prism is making valid recommendations.
+ Work effectively with internal & external stakeholders (service providers, contract employee Labor agencies, co-Packing/ external Mfg. vendors) to ensure Production compliance to schedules based on demand in accordance to our standards, procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report & resolve any issues to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes to production and/or customer service levels as appropriate after alignment of all stakeholders.
+ Build capability mastery on SAP planning systems. Manage inventory to KPI targets. Support IBP preparation and metric dashboard. Adhere to manufacturing and regulatory compliance standards/regulations. Leverage IL6S standard work process and own one or more of the pillar systems/processes. Participate in projects that drive value and loss elimination.
+ Drive continuous improvement with Snr Planner of scheduling procedures and processes maximizing use of current technology & challenging current procedures in order to simplify the planning process and reduce possibility of errors
+ Provide action plans for work processes & procedures to be improved & documented. Recommend shift quota changes through Pre Sop process with root cause analysis. Continuous improvement of tracking of work force requirements & Quota's with regular updates to achieve No Misses due to labor shortages or inappropriate Quota's.

With your business partnering experience and your analytical skills, your mission will be focusing on managing purchase orders, planning & logistics in production with our manufacturing partners for the next-level of On’s products, and contributing to a lead-time reduction program. Based in Ho Chi Minh City with frequent travel within Asia (if allowed), this is a highly cross-functional role that will need to partner with, coordinate and influence multiple departments and teams across the region.
**Your Mission**:
- Manage purchase orders with our manufacturing partners to ensure on time order confirmation and on time deliveries.
- Manage order confirmation on-time
- Manage orders completed & inspected before/on First Confirmed Ready Date
- Manage on-time launch
- Collaborate with all functional teams to solve all issues to avoid pending order confirmation or delaying orders
- Ensure the data updated on system is accurate & up to date
- Manage capacity booking and planning, key processes (sole and other key processes planning) anticipate potential production bottle-necks.
- Approve the facilities preparation for at least 6 months period of capacity
- Approve the line plan & target output based on on-hand orders
- Update the available capacity twice per month for PO placement
- Tracking the actual production & alert the risk for immediate actions
- Tracking the buy-ready & ramp-up plan of new projects to manage the capacity fulfillment
- Anticipate all (potential) risks & work on solutions, such as production delay or pull forwards
- Manage container loading and booking with our manufacturing partners.
