**PART 2: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The NPI Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of all NPI product launches, modifications, regulatory requirements, and brand SKU rationalisation in the end market. Specifically, this includes all global, regional and end market-initiated CAP 0, CAP 1 and selected CAP 2 rated projects (usually for single market execution). This role is also expected to work closely with the RNPI Project Manager for the area/market to support robust project portfolio tracking, compliance to the new ways of working for effective NPI management and provide appropriate reporting to relevant governance forums (PDT/RNPI) for stakeholder management and decision making.

This position is a central role in end market to ensure that the organisation is capable of quickly delivering new brand value to consumers dependent on project scope. It must demonstrate the ability to drive ordered progress across project types of varying complexity from simple bar code changes to complex and innovative brand introductions that require stakeholder management across many levels in both the end market organisation and the wider BAT group. A key requirement to achieve this is a thorough understanding of what effective NPI management entails i.e., project management is executed in accordance with Group Standards for Decision Rights, Protocols and HIVE system usage against audit compliance.

**PART 3: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - BUSINESS**
- Manage the delivery of assigned projects to agreed time, quality, and cost, using the mandated approval and stage-gate management process stipulated in the One Marketing Decision Rights, to enable achievement of end market cycle plans
- Manage the end-to-end project implementation in HIVE OTIF considering integration across all areas in the business based on the scope of the project as defined in the Project Mandate and/or Project Brief.
- Develop the full project plan with input from the functional experts and monitor and manage the project schedule as per the project plan by assigning tasks in HIVE to the appropriate functional expert including any related Master Data.
- Managing the project budget on behalf of the commercial budget holder and driving the local business case completion as well as project risks through the HIVE risks management functionality and ensure adequate risk mitigation is in place.
- Deal with operational issues and negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems, and projects.
- Providing the visibility of potential problems earlier in the project lifecycle, and the ability to take the appropriate recommendations/ corrective action to the appropriated forums (S&IR, GMA).
- Assure all projects for Vietnam Cluster market (including projects managed by NPI hub) also achieve OTIF, budget, followed PIPO (Phased In Phased Out) methodology and all others governance requirement.

**PART4: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PEOPLE**
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop aligned plans & priorities, resolve project issues and secure support necessary to assure project delivery with the right level of visibility to facilitate informed decision making
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project objectives. Where required, negotiate with functional managers for the acquisition of required team members from within BAT
- Establish, lead, and motivate cross functional teams as necessary to successfully deliver projects and drive and support collaboration within and across teams, functions and end-markets

6. Project Team management
- Ensure adequate staffing and training, clear definition of responsibilities
- Ensure commitment of the project team to the project plan
- Motivate, coach and mentor the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring
- Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventor
- Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure effective and continuous delivery pipeline with the appropriate level of automation

Nice to have:

- Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
- International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).
- Experience with at least one of programming languages/framework such as React Native/ReactJS/Java Spring/NodeJS
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
- PMi-ACP or PMP is preferred.
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Delivery Driver Manager to oversee and optimize our delivery operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, timely, and safe delivery of goods across various regions. You will be responsible for managing a team of remote drivers, coordinating logistics, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics or transportation management, excellent leadership skills, and is adept at using technology to manage distributed teams and complex delivery schedules. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, train, and support a team of delivery drivers remotely.
  • Develop and implement optimized delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Monitor driver performance using telematics and delivery management software, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the driver team.
  • Manage driver scheduling, including shift planning and adherence to working hours.
  • Foster a positive and safety-conscious culture within the remote driver team.
  • Utilize technology solutions for real-time tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the delivery process.
  • Conduct virtual performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development support.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation management, or fleet management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams or distributed workforces.
  • Strong understanding of delivery operations, route planning, and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics and delivery management software, GPS tracking systems, and communication tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of transportation laws and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
